Cornwall Council is inviting firms to bid for a spot on a four year framework covering up to £1 billion worth of building and civils work in the county and the South west region.
The council has already identified more than £30m of work to be procured through the agreement in its first year.
The framework is divided into four lots, which will each have between three and eight contractors assigned to them.
The first two lots cover construction projects valued at under £1m and projects worth more than £1m, while third and fourth lots cover the same scope in civils projects.
Contractors bidding for the higher value lots, which will also include work across the south west region, will not be allowed to bid for the lower value lots and vice versa.
Firms have until 29 August to submit pre-qualification questionnaires, which are available from https://www.tendersincornwall.co.uk.
