Eight win places on £60m housing framework

Homes for Islington has chosen eight contractors for its four year New Build framework, which is worth up to £60 million.

The firms that made the final cut are Breyer, Durkan, Rooff, Rydon, Mullaley, Higgins, Mansell, and Apollo.

The framework will see design and build contracts under three lots determined by value bands:

  • Band 1 - up to £999,999
  • Band 2 – £1m - £3,999,999
  • Band 3 – over £4m
