Kirkcaldy’s new facilities, on the site of the existing Tolbooth Street Car Park, will include a six lane 25m x 12.5m main swimming pool, a 16.67m x 8m learner pool with moveable floor, a new four court sports hall and a fitness suite for 60 stations.

A shortlist of five firms will be invited to tender for the 20 month deal on 26 October. Pre-qualification questionnaires must be submitted by 15 September.
