Four win work on East Manchester housing refurb programme

Four firms have won a share of Eastlands Homes Partnership’s four year housing refurbishment programme in East Manchester.

Henry Boot, Bullock, Casey Group and Connaught each won a lot, thought to be worth around £22 million.

Work to be carried out includes internal refurbishment of kitchens and bathrooms, and carry out rewiring work on approximately 4,000 low rise dwellings.

In total 25 companies tendered for the work.
