Galliford Try land £38m Wandsworth contract

Galliford Try has been awarded a £38.5 million contract to build apartments and commercial units in South-west London.

The housebuilding firm will design and construct three mixed-use buildings including 121 luxury apartments, associated affordable apartments and commercial space along with car parking at Wandsworth Riverside Quarter for Frasers Property UK.

The residential project will overlook the River Thames and the scheme is expected to be completed by January 2013.

Galliford Try chief executive Greg Fitzgerald said: “We are delighted to secure this project which will build on our extensive expertise and experience of delivering quality, mixed tenure projects in the capital.”
