Gloucestershire council advertises £140m framework

Contractors are being invited to bid for a four year framework, worth up to £140 million, covering various building work for Gloucestershire County Council.

Up to eight firms will be appointed to the agreement, which covers new build projects as well as extensions and refurbishments to public buildings including schools, libraries and fire stations.

Two lots are up for grabs, the first of which covers works valued at between £150,000 and £600,000.

The second lot, covering jobs worth up to £7m, could be worth as much as £100m over the agreement’s lifetime.

Firms can bid for one or both lots and have until 11 June to submit pre-qualification questionnaires.
