The lightweight steel frame block will consist of one and two bedroom apartments, along with staff offices, a kitchen and dining area, retail unit and landscaped courtyard.

The scheme is being produced by Richmond Housing Partnership with the support and collaboration of LB Richmond and the Department of Health.

Inspace is working with architect RPS on the project, which is scheduled for completion in July 2010.
