Jephson Homes £40m unveils services plan

Jephson Homes Housing Association has selected four firms as its preferred partners to carry forward a plan for homes repair services in the UK.

The £40 million contracts, which will run for up to 10 years, will provide responsive repairs and empty property services to 16,000 homes across the country.

The association has selected Ian Williams, Steele Davis, G. Purchase Construction and Armitage Maintenance as its preferred partners for the project.

The selection process involved having a strong presence in each region, and they will continue to be involved in monitoring performance and reviewing service standards.

Jephson Homes Housing Group chief executive Bob Strachan said: “A detailed procurement process took place to establish which organisations would be our preferred partners.

“We are extremely happy to have a partnership of four well-established companies with proven track records and look forward to being able to deliver a first class service to our customers.”
