Keepmoat has won two housing and regeneration contracts from Hyde worth a combined £82m.
Hyde has awarded a three-and-a-half-year contract to Keepmoat for internal refurbishment works across London and the East Midlands, worth £31m.
The second £51m contract will begin in October for maintenance and emergency repairs covering 12,500 homes in the South-east and will span 10 years.
Keepmoat Property Services managing director Mike Edwards said: “Winning a £51m contract to maintain Hyde’s homes in the South-east is a huge endorsement of the high-quality work and reliable service we deliver for clients, time and time again.
“Since the merger, Keepmoat has built on Apollo’s great relationships across the South, enabling us to become a truly national player in the responsive maintenance market.”
Hyde group director of housing Carol Carter said: “Importantly, the improved efficiencies and cost savings will enable us to provide new and better services to our residents as well as invest in building much-needed new homes.”
