Kier, Wilmott Dixon and Wates secure spots on £200m councils framework

Kier, Wilmott Dixon and Wates have been chosen for the £200 million-plus East Midlands Property Alliance framework, Construction News understands.

The contractors will compete over capital projects with values between £2 million and £7.5 million in the region over the next four years.

The framework covers work across 46 local authorities including Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire and Derbyshire County Councils.

Much of the work through the framework is expected to be educational builds such as primary school projects through the Primary Capital Programme.

No official announcement of the winning contractors will be made until later this month when a cooling off period has been completed.
