Morgan Sindall subsidiary Lovell has won a spot on housing association Moat’s £65 million new-build and housing refurbishment framework.

The affordable housing specialist is one of 15 firms selected for the housing association’s four-year framework.

As part of the agreement, Lovell will design and build new homes and carry out refurbishments to existing properties owned and managed by Moat in Kent, Essex, Sussex, Hertfordshire and south London.

The framework covers schemes worth between £3 million and £10 million as well as major projects worth over £10 million.
