NG Bailey wins £5.2m Solihull College M&E contract

NG Bailey has won a £5.2m contract from Solihull College to provide mechanical, electrical and ICT services during the development of its Blossomfield Campus.

It will be working in partnership with the main contractor, Kier Moss, to deliver the new campus by January 2011.

NG Bailey is installing and commissioning all mechanical and electrical services, with the company’s specialist ICT arm, completing telephone and data cabling on the project.

The finished campus is aiming for BREEAM ‘very good’ status and NG Bailey will be responsible for integrating building controls within the new and refurbished blocks.
