Revealed: HCA's £8bn delivery partner panel winners

Contractors and housebuilders have won places on the HCA’s £8bn delivery partner panel 3 across five regional lots.

The delivery partner panel 3 framework commences today and will run for four years.

Activities required of the companies on the framework will include the raising of development finance, construction and sale of homes, and refurbishment of existing homes.

HCA at the CN Summit

The HCA’s accelerated construction director Stephen Kinsella and executive director Terry Fuller will address this year’s CN Summit in November.

Mr Kinsella will speak on an offsite construction panel alongside: Tomas Garcia, lead bridge engineer, HS2; David Hancock, construction director, IPA; Rachel Stephenson, ‎programme director for Priority School Building Programme, Education & Skills Funding Agency; and Phil Wilbraham, expansion programme director, Heathrow.

Mr Fuller will speak on a public sector housing delivery panel alongside: Sherin Aminossehe, chief operating officer, Government Property Unit;  and Peter Elliott, head of property development, TfL.
