Ryhurst bags place on £75m health framework

Shropshire County Primary Care Trust has appointed Ryhurst to a £75 million framework to provide healthcare facilities and services including design, construction and maintenance.

The company will be joined by Amber infrastructure and Prime plc on the four year framework, after seeing off competition from a total of six bidders.

It is anticipated the first contract to be awarded under the framework will be for around 7,000 sq m of healthcare facilities in Ludlow in 2012.

Ryhurst is part of the Rydon group whose recent contract awards include a free school in Muswell Hill London, a place on the £400m L&Q construction framework, and the £16m Heathside and Lethdridge estates private and social housing contract, according to CNinsight
