Scape selects partners for £140m Midlands deals

Scape has awarded new minor works deals for seven firms in the East Midlands.

The contracts are part of empa (East Midlands Property Alliance) frameworks.

The first is worth £55m and is for work between £50k and £350k. The second has a total value of £85m and is for work between £350k and £2m. 

Each of the deals are split into sub-regions and run for a period of four years.

Minor works winners:

Work between £50k and £350k:

G F Tomlinson, Robert Woodhead, Interserve Construction, Jeakins Weir, Lindum Group and Ashe Construction have all secured a contract within a sub-region

Work between £350k and £2m:

Clegg Construction, G F Tomlinson, Robert Woodhead and Ashe Construction have all been awarded a contract within a sub-region

They are the last to be awarded after Construction News revealed Wates and Morgan Sindall as winners of Scape’s East Midlands Property Alliance intermediate upper-value frameworks for schemes worth between £2m and £7.5m.

Wates won Scape’s East Midlands Property Alliance provincial framework, which covers construction work valued between £500k and £7.5m.

G F Tomlinson and Jeakins Weir each bagged a share of Scape’s East Midlands Property Alliance intermediate framework, with contracts individually valued between £50K and £2m, totalling £100m.

Lots 1 & 8: High Peak, Staffordshire Moorlands, Derbyshire dales, Chesterfield, Bolsover, North East Derbyshire, Amber Valley, Erewash, Derby, and South Derbyshire

Lots 2 & 9: Bassetlaw, Mansfield, Ashfield, Newark and Sherwood, Broxtowe, Gedling, and Nottingham

Lots 3 & 10: North Lincolnshire, North East Lincolnshire, West Lindsey, Lincoln, East Lindsey, and North Kesteven

Lots 4 & 11: South Kesteven, Boston, and South Holland

Lots 5 & 12: North West Leicestershire, Charnwood, Melton, Hinckley & Bosworth, Leicester, Blaby, Oadby & Wigston, and Harborough

Lots 6 & 13: Rutland, Peterborough, Corby, East Northamptonshire, Kettering, Wellingborough, Daventry, Northampton, and South Northamptonshire

Lots 7 & 14: North Warwickshire, Nuneaton & Bedworth, Solihull, Coventry, Rugby, Warwick, and Stratford-on-Avon
