ISG, Vinci and Willmott Dixon among Welsh healthcare framework winners

Six contractors have been named on a Welsh health framework worth up to £30 million.

South Wales group Linc-Cymru Housing Association has named Wates, Dawnus, ISG, John Graham, Willmott Dixon and Vinci for the framework.

The framework agreement will be for one or more care homes, extra care homes or other health related developments in South Wales. They will be newbuild developments of varying types and sizes. The procurement will be based on either design and build, partnering or traditional contracts.

Linc-Cymru specialises in the affordable housing, social care and health sectors in Wales.
