Stewart Milne wins £12m Dundee and Perthshire work

Stewart Milne Construction has secured contracts worth over £12 million across the Dundee and Perthshire areas in the last four months.

Work will cover delivering projects for the University of Abertay in Dundee, Hillcrest Housing Association in Aberuthven, Perthshire and high end homes for a number of private clients, also in Perthshire.

Stewart Milne managing director Bill Imlach said: “While these are challenging times, we are pleased to have secured these contracts which give us a pipeline of ongoing work. We are particularly proud to be seeing repeat business with both University of Abertay and Hillcrest for whom we have delivered other projects in the recent past.

As well as the new contracts, Stewart Milne is nearing completion on new student accommodation for UNITE adjacent to the prestigious Quartermile development in Edinburgh.

It has also handed over the brand-new Grangemouth High School and has just completed a new £8 million retail centre in Inverurie in Aberdeenshire
