Thomas Vale wins £12m West Brom office deal

Thomas Vale has won a £12m contract to build a head office for building society the West Brom.

Construction on the building in West Bromwich town centre will start in December and finish in spring 2015.

Jonathan Westhoff, the West Brom’s chief executive, said: “After an extensive tender process Thomas Vale emerged as our preferred candidate, reflecting their record and experience in accomplishing projects to the most exacting standards.”

Data service Glenigan lists the scheme as being worth £12m.

The design team includes Capita and Associated Architects.
