Specialist housing contractor United House has won three Decent Homes refurbishment contracts worth more than £18 million in total.

In north London, the contractor won a £2.5 million Decent Homes contract with Enfield Homes covering the refurbishment of 350 flats on the Turkey Street Estate.

Meanwhile Medway Council has appointed the contractor to carry out Decent Homes refurbishments to properties in Rochester, Gillingham and Rainham.
