Wandsworth council to let £43.8m worth of housing repair work

Wandsworth Borough Council is to set up a two-operator four-year framework, worth £43.8 million, covering housing repairs across the borough.

There are 13 lots up for grabs broken down into the following categories:

  • Tenanted units, Eastern/Central/Southern/Western areas
  • Vacant units, Eastern/Central/Southern/Western areas
  • Communal areas, Eastern/Central/Southern/Western areas
  • Specialist trades, communal plumbing

A maximum of six firms will be shortlisted and invited to tender for each lot in January 2010. Deadline for pre-qualification questionnaires is 27 November.
