Wigan council chooses 10 from 47 bidders for £50m framework

Wigan council has announced the winners of a £50 million education framework, with 10 contractors selected from 47 interested bidders.

The Wigan Council Framework Agreement for the Provision of Construction Contractors is a four-year deal for school and educational buildings.

Individual projects will range in cost from £50,000 to £5m.

The contractors chosen for the framework were: Conlon Construction, Cruden Construction Group, F Parkinson, Glenbeigh Construction, Globe Management Services, Harry Fairclough Construction, ISG, J Turner Construction Group, Paragon Construction Group and Warden Construction.
