Winners revealed for £90m A2 Dominion housing frameworks

Eleven firms including Kier and Morgan Sindall have scooped places on two housing frameworks worth a combined £90m.

Property firm A2 Dominion selected companies for a planned repairs agreement and a cyclical repairs deal – both covering works on housing across London and the South-east.

The frameworks will last four years.

A2 Dominion secured planning consent for two major regeneration schemes this year.

Ealing Council gave the group the green light to build 136 new homes in West Ealing in January, while Camden Council gave the thumbs up for 164 homes to be built in West Hampstead in February.

In addition, the housing provider and Crest Nicholson have revealed plans for a development at Walton-on-Thames, which could deliver up to 350 homes.
