Watch: Bam project leader Rob Bailey talks 3D modelling at Aintree

“A slide puzzle” is how Bam’s project lead Rob Bailey describes Aintree University Hospital’s £27m Urgent Care & Trauma Centre (UCAT) project.

Mr Bailey discusses the “huge amount of engagement from the users and stakeholders” in Bam’s bid to ensure everyone involved understood the process and method behind the construction.

In the video below, Mr Bailey details the 3D modelling that was involved in the project coming to fruition, enabling the team to “walk people through” the various departments, so that they were able to “physically see” the future.

The Aintree UCAT development is scheduled to complete December 2016.
