Willmott Dixon wins 3 ProCure 21+ appointments worth £20m

Willmott Dixon has been appointed on three NHS ProCure 21+ projects, worth a combined total of £20 million.

The largest of the three jobs will see the contractor develop six new theatres, an admissions suite and a day surgery unit at Queen Victoria NHS Foundation Trust in East Grinstead, a job worth £8m.

Work is scheduled to complete in December 2012.

The company has also been named by the West London Mental Health NHS Trust for a £7m scheme at Broadmoor Hospital in Berkshire where it will deliver a new training facility, energy centre and undertake enabling works for a proposed redevelopment of the site.

The enabling work will be completed by July 2013.

And the contractor has also been appointed by East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust for a £5m project at Lister Hospital in Stevenage.

This will see Willmott Dixon’s Hitchin office refurbish an intensive care unit, a 30 bed inpatient ward as well as create a new chemotherapy facility.
