Wiltshire offers £70m of housing maintenance work

Housing maintenance work totalling £70 million is up for grabs in the south of England.

Wiltshire Council is looking for contractors for five lots of work, including planned maintenance, energy efficiency works, electrical works, environmental improvement and responsive works.

The lots run up to nine years, with the largest at £5.4m per year. The estimated total is between £50.7m and £70m.

Works to the Wiltshire Council Housing portfolio - which comprises around 5,500 homes – will be located almost exclusively in the south of the county in the former Salisbury District Council (SDC) Area.

Time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is 13 June.
